Rapid Transformational Therapy®
Rapidly Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind

What is RTT®?
One of my favorite descriptions of Rapid Transformational Therapy® is that "it's like hypnotherapy on steroids". It includes many of the positive techniques of hypnotherapy but goes much further. Similar to hypnotherapy, RTT® begins by inducing the client into a deeply relaxed state of hypnosis, to allow uninterrupted access to into the subconscious mind. How RTT® differs from hypnotherapy is that in this deeply relaxed and accessible state, the client is guided to the root cause of their issue through active participation. The client steers the session, dialoging while diving into their subconscious database and discovering the 'why' behind their presenting problem. Allowing clients to investigate and understand what happened, or what influenced them to believe, think, feel, and act in a certain way. Knowledge is power, and this knowledge is INCREDBILY powerful. It gives the client the opportunity to process and understand the past, but more importantly, it empowers the client to change the meaning behind these experiences. To reframe, release and reshape beliefs, breaking free from patterns and conditions and allowing for lasting change in real time.

How does it differ from other therapies?
RTT® is an innovative therapeutic approach that combines the principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), and Neuroscience to dive deep into the subconscious mind and unearth the root cause behind presenting issues. Unlike other forms of therapy that may simply skim the surface or address only the secondary symptoms of certain issues. With RTT®, the client discovers the exact point of origin of their issue, the precise experiences that gave rise to certain beliefs and behaviors that are directly linked to their presenting issue. Coping strategies, and superficial band-aid approaches are not needed when you've gone deep down and transformed the root of the issue leading to life-transforming and life-lasting change.
What to expect from a Session
The session will always begin by connecting with the client, establishing a safe and effective environment where the client feels seen, safe and supported. After this is established, discussions about the client's presenting problem(s) and desired goals will direct the focus for the session. The client will be guided into a state of hypnosis through relaxation techniques such as breathing, and the use of imagery. Once in this relaxed state the client will be guided back to a time, place, and event that has everything to do with their presenting issue. The client will be supported to uncover the meaning and beliefs that were created as a result of these experiences. Once this knowledge is gained the client is given the opportunity to reframe, reshape, and/or release these meanings and beliefs from a new empowered state. Following this shift, the client will receive 'suggestions' to install new beneficial beliefs and behaviors. After the hypnosis is complete the client will be guided back to full awareness where time and space will be help for reflection and debriefing.
After the session, the client will receive a personalized short hypnosis meditation that they will be encouraged to listen to for the following 21 days to reinforce the desired new neural pathways.
A session can typically last anywhere from 90-120 minutes. Depending on the presenting problem, and whether it's the client's initial or follow up session.
